Job Summary and Qualifications
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to be a part of an amazing multidisciplinary medical team providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. Patients in the ICU require specialized medical equipment and close monitoring by a Registered Nurse. In this role you will be joining a valued team of highly skilled critical care nurses who have a positive attitude fostering a culture of accountability with safe nursing practice in a team environment. - In this role, you will provide specially trained care for individuals with the most serious illnesses or injuries
- Provide compassionate and attentive intensive care to patients who need close monitoring and advanced medical treatment.
- Thrive in an environment that has the most advanced technologies, procedures and equipment to help our patients
- Be administratively keen and detail-oriented in recording and communicating patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems
- You will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, collaborative environment
- You will instruct and educate patients and family members
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years experience in critical care or emergency medicine
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License
- BLS and ACLS(American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross)
- Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia – (within 3 months from hire)
- PCCN Certification (preferred)
- TNCC Certification (preferred)
- TCAR Certification (preferred)
