NaphCare is partnering with Everhealth to hire Nurse Practitioners just like you to join our team at the Spokane County Jail located in Spokane, WA.

Pay rates range from $67.50 to $71.25 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner:

Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the physiological, psychological and emotional needs of the patients
Obtain history and perform a physical examination to determine patient health status
Formulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement treatment plans
Identify patient health conditions and prescribe treatment based on diagnosis
Evaluate patients who have returned from off-site treatment
Admit and discharge patients from all units in the facility
Conduct rounds
Schedule and perform laboratory and diagnostic procedures

Qualifications

Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner:

Must hold a current unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in WA
Current DEA registration
An appropriate collaborative agreement with the on-site Physician
A valid CPR card
Be certified in a Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
Must possess strong written communication and verbal skills
Have strong computer skills
