QA Surgical Clinical Reviewer RN

Responsible for collecting and submitting reliable data to a national database through evaluation of patient medical information. Additional responsibilities include assessing and interpreting of patient medical information and submitting appropriate information in a timely manner to national databases approved by Seattle Children's. Participates and works closely with the members of the Department of Surgery to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement.

Required Education and Experience
RN. A minimum of three (3) years clinical experience, which may include coordination or participation in quality projects.

Required Credentials
Current Washington State Registered Nurse License. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Current PEARS or PALS certification will be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Data entry and database management experience. Basic statistical knowledge. Acute care nursing experience. Experience in utilizing principles of quality improvement and Lean methodology.

Compensation Range

$104,797.00 - $157,195.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
