Job Description

Your Role as a Registered Nurse

As a new graduate RN, you will play a vital role in patient care, safety, and outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

Delivering compassionate care and performing patient procedures within your scope of practice.
Practicing safe medication administration and monitoring patient responses.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes.
Participating in clinical pathways and care coordination initiatives.

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

BSN Degree preferred (ADN graduates welcome with commitment to obtain BSN)
Active RN License (or eligibility to sit for NCLEX)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
A passion for patient-centered care, learning, and professional growth

Your Commitment

We understand the dedication it takes to begin your nursing career. As part of this role, you will:

Work three (3) 12-hour shifts per week (rotating days & nights)
Be available to work every third weekend
Commit to one holiday per season
