Harbor Village, a Short-Term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility located in New London, CT is seeking an Enthusiastic and Passionate Assistant Director of Nursing to compliment our experienced Director of Nursing and the great team at Harbor Village.

Harbor Village is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS). At Harbor Village you are stepping into a facility with established processes and procedures in place to help you be successful. What you’ll be doing

As Assistant Director of Nursing, you are an integral member of our team assisting in directing the overall operation of our Nursing Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our Center, and may be directed by the Administrator, Director of Nursing, or the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

You learn life-sustaining skills that will be carried throughout your health care career. Every resident in our facility has unique health needs that require specialized, one-on-one care. This means every caregiver develops a special skill set that translates into many other health care settings.

Once a member of our community, we invest in our dedicated team members to make sure they know they are valued and supported every day. Our nursing facility is truly a family and you develop meaningful relationships with not only every resident, but the entire staff as well.
