Licensed Practical Nurse, MSU, Full-Time

Position Highlights:

Position: LPN
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Community Hospital/MSU
Schedule: Days, weekend call required

Responsibilities:

Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Observe patients and report any changes in their condition to the RN or physician.
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of an RN.
Clean and dress wounds, change bandages, and provide other basic wound care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and
progress notes.
Assist RNs and physicians with procedures and treatments as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Current Colorado licensure as an LPN is required. Completion of an IV certification program.
2 years of related experience preferred
Current BLS and ACLS Certification

Compensation:

$24.00 - $27.60 per hour, depending on education and experience.
Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.

Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting work.
