Summary of Job Duties:
Under the direction of the Access Manager, the Cancer Call Center LPN will navigate and perform patient scheduling, referral management of internal and external patient referrals, and will triage complex scheduling request in electronic health record systems. The LPN will work closely with Cancer Service Line, clinics, and providers to appropriately schedule new and returning patients from internal or external provider referrals. The LPN will be responsible for reviewing and requesting clinical documentation as appropriate.
