The new 2-story facility is located at 7500 Challis Rd. Brighton MI. Hourly range for Registered Nurses $40.18-$62.31/ hour
Evening Shift Differential-$3.00 / hour
Night Shift Differential- $4.00 / hour
Day Shift Weekend Differential- $2.90 / hour

Night Shift Weekend Differential- $6.90 / hour
Charge Nurse Differential- $1.00 / hour

Responsibilities*
- Provide nursing care to patients of all ages seen in our specialty suites with primary support to our adult urology clinic however can include clinics outside of urology
- Provide direct nursing care including but not limited to medication administration, urinary catheter exchanges, bladder instillations, voiding trials, medication preparation for procedure, direct support during clinic procedures, FUDS support, and patient education
- Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations including patient rooming, lab specimen collection/ documentation, and inventory/ organization of clinic medications, supplies and instruments.
- In collaboration with medical providers, manage and act upon in-basket folders including but not limited to triage, appointment requests, prescription refills, lab monitoring, surgical clearance and lab results/monitoring, DME and patient equipment supply needs.

Salary & Nursing Framework Level
This UMPNC RN posting is posted as Nursing Framework LEVEL C.
Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire.
Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level F.
Required qualifications must be met by the candidate in order to be interviewed and considered for the position. Posting may be filled after the initial 5-day posting period. Applicants who have left the UMPNC bargaining unit must include on their resume dates of past employment including months and years of service along with effort. Positions less than 20 hours/week may be combined.

Required Qualifications*
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
Minimum of 3 years (within the past 5 years) of experience with the adult urologic patient population
Minimum of 1 year (within the past 3 years) of ambulatory care experience within the surgical clinic setting

Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40 hrs per week
Shift/ Days/ Hours: Flexibility in scheduling is required. Variable day shift; Monday ?Friday day shift. May include evenings or weekends based on clinic needs and future expansion.
Location: Brighton Center for Specialty Care. Primary work location will be at Brighton Center for Specialty Care with potential to provide clinic support across all urology clinics
Note: All new employees will be expected to float to a designated unit(s) in times of low census
