Unit Manager (LPN/RN) – Monday through Friday
Location: The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton, Easton, PA

About Us:
The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton is dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents with memory challenges. We are currently seeking a qualified Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to oversee patient care and ensure the highest standards of nursing practices within our skilled nursing facility.

Position Overview:

This is a Monday through Friday position, offering a stable and consistent schedule. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing resident care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate patient care to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Support and guide nursing staff in daily operations and clinical activities.
Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided.
Facilitate communication among staff, patients, and families to address concerns and provide updates on patient progress.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in a nurse management role is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
