Salary: $65,000- $72,000
PRN: $40.00 per visit

As a Home Health LPN, you will:

Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision
Deliver curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventive care as outlined in patient care plans
Make informed decisions based on your education and experience
Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation

Qualifications:

Active LPN or LVN license (state-specific)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
1+ year of nursing experience (home health or medical/surgical preferred)
Valid CPR certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, insured transportation and a valid driver’s license
