Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the nursing team, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
Monitor and evaluate nursing care to maintain quality standards.
Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new nursing staff.
Handle resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications RN Manager:

High school diploma or equivalent
RN certification in the state of OH
Must be able to pass a federal background screening and tox screening
Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
