Position: Weekend Warrior (RN & LPN)

Responsibilities:

Personalized Care: Extend hands-on care to our cherished residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Daily Living Support: Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, ensuring utmost comfort.
Health Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, keeping residents in the peak of health.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals to craft and implement tailored care plans.
Community Building: Foster a sense of camaraderie and companionship, cultivating an environment that feels like home.
Heartfelt Connections: Engage in warm-hearted conversations with residents, brightening their days and enhancing their lives.
Thorough Documentation: Meticulously document residents' health status and care activities, ensuring meticulous records.

Qualifications:

Valid RN or LPN certification
Genuine passion for working with and caring for the elderly
Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse
Empathy, patience, and an innate understanding of residents' needs
Team player spirit thriving in a collaborative setting
Detail-oriented disposition with impeccable organizational prowess
Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs and shifts
Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
