RN - Emergency - FT/Mid-Shift (12pm-12Am) - Sign/On Bonus!

At Mimbres Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home located in beautiful Deming, New Mexico, we take caring for people very personally. Located in the heart of the historic Old West, there are plenty of things to see and do around Deming!

Eligible for one of the following sign-on/retention bonus:
$15,000.00-3 year commitment
$20,000.00-4 year commitment
$25,000.00-5 year commitment

Eligible for up to $5,000.00 relocation of over 50 miles/3 year commitment

Job Summary:

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited RN Program
Prefer 2 years Nursing experience in Critical Care
NM RN Licensure.
Current BLS, ACLS & PALS & NRP Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certification.
