Day Shift, 7am to 7pm w/rotating weekends

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organizations vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Skills
Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred. BSN will be required within 3 years of employment.
Professional Nursing Organization Membership strongly encouraged.

Experience
Two years’ experience preferred.

Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications

Registered Nurse License eligible to practice in the State of Texas required; current BLS upon hire and ACLS from HCA approved vendor within 90 days; Advanced Nursing Certification preferred or obtained within first 12 months of employment; Demonstrated competence in cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment, and treatment.
