Qualifications

Requirements

Be enrolled into a nurse practitioner program, a physician assistant program or a medical school.
Willingness to learn
Up-to-date online learning modules
Confidentiality form
Security parking form
Updated immunizations
Affiliation agreement
Comply with all MHS Standards of Excellence
