Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient, primary care setting, who would like the opportunity to join our thriving and provider-driven, outpatient practice, partnering with a collegial and supportive team.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional and individualized patient care that emphasizes preventative care while helping to manage acute and chronic medical conditions. We are looking for a NP who is comfortable with a wide range of patients from small children to geriatrics.

Highlights:

Full Time or Part Time Schedule
Compensation: $141,000 - $200,000+/year
Relocation/ Sign-on bonus

100% outpatient
Provider autonomy with strong admin & group support
40 min establishing appointments
Light, shared call (no hospital call)

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) within an out-patient Primary Care clinic
Current Nurse Practitioner license
Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Respect for patient's confidentiality
Compassionate and approachable
Responsible and trustworthy
Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: Combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.
