What You'll Do:

As a SALSA RN, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and home-like environment while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
Oversee daily operations, including resident care coordination, staffing assignments, and resource allocation
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized service plans
Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain compliance with state regulations and quality standards
Provide mentorship, training, and support to care team members
Ensure a safe and engaging environment that promotes resident dignity, independence, and well-being

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

Valid state nursing license
Advanced degree or certification preferred
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
