3rd Floor (Day Shift)

POSITION PURPOSE

The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for planning, supervision and evaluation the nursing care of patients and for correlation the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure.

Diploma or transcripts required upon hire.

Experience:

Two years of experience in a hospital or medical environment is preferred.

Licenses/Certificates:

Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross). If not ACLS certified on hire, must acquire within one-year.
