Your day.

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you’ll work with 4 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

You would practice at various clinics throughout the front range

Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed

Sign on bonus: $10,000

Relocation bonus: $7,500
