Qualifications:

One year of caregiving experience
Ability to follow care plans and work independently
Good communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Daily Living Support: Assist with meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Companionship: Engage in conversations and activities with clients
Monitor Health: Report changes in clients' health or behavior
