Private Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful activities such as reading, playing games, and listening to music.
- Meal Preparation & Assistance: Help with meal preparation and assist clients with daily routines.
- Medication Reminders & Light Housekeeping: Ensure clients stay on track with their medications and help maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Errands & Medical Appointments: Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
- Personal Care Assistance: Provide support with bathing, dressing, and other personal needs.
- Specialized Care: Work with clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, and other specialized care needs.
What We’re Looking for in a Private Caregiver:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification preferred (but not required)
- Must pass a background check
- A compassionate and reliable attitude!
