Responsibilities:

Maintains productive relationships with colleagues and patients through accountability, enthusiasm, and cultural awareness.
Promotes a healthy work-life balance, models safe work habits, and reports workplace safety hazards.
Utilizes adult learning principles to educate patients, families, students, and new staff.
Guides patients through their care journey and supports transitions.
Encourages open dialogue, continuous learning, and professional development, serving as a mentor when needed.
Applies the nursing process within a Relationship-Based Care framework to create a healing environment.
Sets daily goals, identifies clinical and psychosocial concerns, and communicates effectively with the care team.
Ensures thorough documentation to enhance patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
Engages in professional development and shared governance.
Actively supports quality improvement efforts and adapts to change.
Collaborates as a dedicated team member, participating in initiatives that enhance patient care and the practice environment.
Integrates research and evidence-based practice to drive clinical improvements.
Identifies opportunities for quality enhancement, discusses research topics, and contributes to patient-centered care planning.
Performs duties in alignment with system-wide competencies and behaviors.
Completes additional responsibilities as assigned
2 years RN experience required
BSN preferred.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to adapt in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina for frequent movement and patient care.

Licensure & Certifications

RN license (state-specific or NLC multistate).
CPR (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
NIH Stroke Scale within 6 months.
ACLS within 1 year.
Act 34 clearance.
