Registered Nurse RN After Hours Weekend Hospice - Adventhealth Hospice

Assessing and updating patient needs

Education to patients and families on POC and changes

Visits for emergencies, routine care, level of care changes

Phone triage for mediation management, questions

Documentation accuracy per Medicare guidelines

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Education And Experience Required

Registered Nurse
2 years’ experience in healthcare as a RN
Disease management
American Heart Association BLS

Education And Experience Preferred

BSN
2 years’ experience in hospice or critical care nursing
2 years supervisory experience in hospice

Licensure, Certification Or Registration Required

Registered Nurse

Licensure, Certification Or Registration Preferred

Certification of Hospice and Palliative Care
