Right at Home – Fredericksburg East Virginia, In-Home Care & Assistance, is seeking to hire a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join a dynamic care team providing care in the home. We have immediate positions available with flexible hours. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.

TYPE: In-home one-on-one caregiver
MUST HAVE: own transportation and driver’s license
PAY: $13.75 to $16.25
SHIFTS: Dayshift, Morning, Night, Evenings, Weekday, Weekend and ON-CALL
CITY AND COUNTY: Fredericksburg, VA 22407 (Spotsylvania County)

- Fredericksburg in Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania counties VA
- Caret in Essex county VA
- Colonial Beach in Westmoreland county VA
- King George and Dahlgren in King George county VA
- Port Royal, Rappahannock Academy and Woodford in Caroline countyVA

Permanent: Monday to Sunday - 4pm to 12am - 56hrs/wk

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Qualifications:

High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
1 Year of experience with an agency, facility, or private-duty
Homecare experience with a relative or family member
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile
