We have an opening for a Designated Manager who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to lead a team that is caring for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking a Designated Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Designated Manager Benefits:

Designated Manager Responsibilities:

Accountability to franchise owner with total oversight over the business
Maintain positive relationships with community partners, clients, families, and caregivers
Develop annual business plans, budgets, and operational plans
Leadership for entire office team
Ensure positive business and financial performance
Manage overall budget for the business

Designated Manager Requirements:

Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
Education – Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Skills – Knowledge of healthcare operations, leadership skills, budgeting and financial management, exemplary customer service skills
Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and can provide outstanding leadership to the team.
