Your Role:

We're on the lookout for experienced caregivers/CNAs to fulfill Morning shifts. We're all about bringing warmth, safety, and comfort to seniors right where they heartfully belong – their homes. But we’ll provide the best care no matter where they call home today. And guess what? We provide continuous training so you can start or progress in your career as a caregiver!

She's been a mentor, a trainer, and a clinical instructor, always focused on enhancing caregiver support and reducing burnout. Understanding the essential role caregivers play for seniors facing complex health challenges, Neelima was inspired to create a place where exceptional care is the cornerstone, guided by her deep knowledge and profound compassion. So she decided to open A Place At Home – Schaumburg.

Your Day-to-Day:

* Monitor the client overnight to make sure they are well cared for.

* Assist clients with personal care – think showers, dressing, and oral care.

* Aid with mobility – from beds to walks to wheelchairs.

* Be there for medication reminders.

* Assist with meals and sometimes, be their dining buddy.

* Observe and report any changes – because you care.

* Document your day, in line with our warm policies.
