Your Role as a CNA:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs, ensuring residents' safety and comfort
- Recognize and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Provide compassionate and personalized care in a resident-centered environment
- Support nurses with various tasks and medical procedures as needed
- Interact professionally with residents, families, and healthcare teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CNA certification in North Carolina
- CPR certification preferred
- A compassionate, friendly, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
