Responsibilities

The Staff RN is accountable directly to the OR Charge Nurse and the Director of Surgical Services, and indirectly to the Shift Nursing Supervisor. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards.

1. Recent acute, in-hospital experience preferred2. Must be able to communicate in English (Speak, Write) 3. Current and valid Nevada RN License.4. BLS (AHA) certification required5. ACLS (AHA) certification required
