Expected pay for this position is $60.39 - $68.10/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

The OSF St. Anthony’s Health Center department of Cardiology is looking for an experienced Cardiology APN with inpatient and outpatient experience. The practice partners with St. Louis University to deliver cutting-edge care including: radial cardiac catheterizations, TAVRs, Watchman, CardioMems, Impellas and referrals to SLU for Cardiac surgery.

OSF-SAHC has an affiliation with an academic medical center (AMC) showcasing the latest technologies including a brand new Cardiac cathetrerization lab. Explore this opportunity to work side by side with: interventional, structural, EP and general Cardiologists, employing the latest technologies allowing you to advance your skill set. The depth and breadth of experience offered will move your career forward.

JOB SPECIFICS

Seeing patients in the clinic. Rounding in the hospital and working closely with the Cardiologists from St. Louis University who cover OSF-SAHC. Stress lab coverage
Join a team of 5 MDs and 2 APPs
Experience in a mid-size and small hospital setting. Handling patients with several co-morbidities.
Ability to balance several inpatients in the morning and then see clinic patients in the afternoon.
Educate patients about their Cardiac care and disease process.

Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39 - $73.68
- Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
- Call pay - $500 per call

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
