Long-term Care Transportation CNA Opportunity

Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking a Transportation Driver/CNA to join our growing team!

Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) searching for a new career opportunity? We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our expanding staff of caregivers at our 110-bed skilled nursing facility in historic Lebanon, IL! You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.

Your Job

Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned
Transport residents to medical appointments
Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

Currently licensed to work as a CNA in the state of IL. (We will cover your certification costs!)
A professional team-player with a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history
Holds a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Familiar with Outlook & Microsoft
Dependable
Flexible schedule (Mornings & evenings)
Available weekends and Holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail
