Pay Rate: $17- 22.83/hour

We are thrilled to offer competitive new rates for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Greenwood Center for Nursing! Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Position Overview

As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to residents with specialized needs, including:

Therapeutic support
Neuro and dementia care
Dialysis
IV therapy
Infectious disease management
Wound care

Your role is critical in ensuring each resident’s well-being, dignity, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, adhering to the highest safety and care standards.
Collaborate with the Charge Nurse as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team.
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, based on individualized Care Plans.
Ensure residents adhere to their Care Plans, including scheduled out-of-bed times.
Foster positive interactions with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical staff.
Perform additional tasks as needed to enhance the care experience for residents.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Certification:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
- Completion of a state-approved training program and examination.
- Certification documentation must be provided with the application.

Job Details

Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Work Environment: Long-term care, nursing home

Shifts & Schedule

Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends as assigned
