Now hiring for all shifts, Full time and Part time. Shifts vary from 4-12 hours, both day and overnight.

Pay Ranges from $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

If you are a caregiver/ home health aide seeking a vetted, highly acclaimed agency to call home, look no further. Right at Home of Dallas has been a staple in the North Dallas community for 19 years during which time they have won both the Home Care Employer of Choice and Home Care Provider of Choice, each for 9 consecutive years! Currently, Right at Home is seeking more compassionate, caring individuals to assist our clients with activities of daily living in the Dallas, Garland, Richardson, Addison and University Park areas.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Assistance with grooming and bathing
Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
Ambulation and Transfer assistance
Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care and support

Must Haves:

Hoyer Lift experience that
Must be available EVERY MONDAY AND FRIDAY 7a-12:30p and EVERY TUESDAY THOROUGH THURSDAY 7a-11p.
Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Minimum of 1-year working in a facility or with an in-home care agency
Clean criminal background check and drug screen
Own a reliable vehicle for personal transportation
Good Communication Skills
Prefer a Current and Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance

Nice to Haves:

Comfortable around house pets (i.e. dogs & cats)
At least one weekend available per month
Experience with Dementia/ Alzheimer’s
License/Certificate as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Assistant, Registered Nurse, Hospice or basic caregiving
