Responsibilities and Duties

As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.

Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position

Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care

Every other weekend needed.
