Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in residents' lives? We’re seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Bath Aide CNA!

Position Overview:
As a Bath Aide CNA, you will provide direct care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity while assisting them in achieving their highest level of functioning. You’ll work under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene to promote comfort and well-being.
Maintain a clean, neat, and organized environment in residents' rooms.
Support residents' participation in activities and ensure their dietary needs are met.
Respond promptly and professionally to residents' needs and call lights.
Uphold residents’ rights to privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Provide input for care plans and assist in collecting data for accurate documentation.

Requirements:

Must be a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in good standing and maintain certification throughout employment.
Able to meet federal and state in-service education requirements (minimum 12 hours annually).
Reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
