Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Assisted Living position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit).

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative oversight and leadership for the day-to-day operations of our assisted living residences in accordance with company policies and procedures and State regulations. Directs the planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing care program for residents.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
Minimum of three years' clinical and/or assisted living experience
Current or eligible for certification in CPR
In certain states, an Assisted Living Administrator (ALA) license is required

Pay Range

$83,430.00 - $101,719.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
