This is a full-time and part-time position offering opportunities for career advancement within our company!! Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with at least one year of experience in a facility or dementia care setting? We're seeking experienced caregivers to fill immediate 8, 10 or 12-hour day and night shifts in Glenside, PA.

We need in-home caregivers to work in Abington, Elkins Park, Fort Washington, Hatboro, Oreland, Wyncote, Huntingdon Valley, Dresher, Flourtown, Glenside, Cheltenham, Willow Grove, Melrose Park.

We need dedicated and hardworking caregivers who are dependable, dedicated, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for our clients, as well as commit to following our agencies’ code of ethics.

Job Duties:

Provide in-home personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to supervisors.
Assist with medication reminders, per state regulations.
Follow individualized care plans and uphold company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or related certification preferred but Not Required.
Experience in caregiving, with seniors.
Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to care.
Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes.

Days & Hours of Work:

Flexible schedules, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Live-in care opportunities may be offered based on client needs.

Other Special Requirements:

Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities available.
Candidates must demonstrate reliability and a strong commitment to client care.
