On-Call Caregiver Needed ASAP

We have an opening for caregivers who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual beginning on day one

Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
Flexible schedules and matching caregivers with nearby clients

Medical benefits through Medallus for full and part-time employees for just $10 per month regardless of full or part-time status. (Family coverage for only $85-$90/month for family up to 6 people)
Pay for travel time between clients (if seeing multiple clients on the same day)
We will pay up to $350 for CNA School tuition after 3 months of solid job performance

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Be available and ready to go to a client visit within 30 minutes of a call out.
Respond to the client's non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Have at least one year of caregiver experience with an agency or facility. (not needed if you have your CNA)
Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (May obtain after interview)
Be able to pass a national background check
Must be willing to drive
A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car/transportation
Shift´s Options: (Must be available for the full shift.)

Monday - Friday

Morning Shift 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Evening Shift 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Weekends

Morning Shift 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Evening Shift 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
