Duties- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client adherence to medication schedules.- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.- Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to appropriate healthcare professionals.- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe travel to appointments or community activities.- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Qualifications

- Be at least 18 years old- Previous experience in long-term care, home care, or nursing home settings is preferred.- Knowledge of patient care techniques, including CPR certification is a plus.- Ability to administer medications accurately and understand medication management protocols.- Strong observational skills to monitor client health status effectively.- Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families.- Familiarity with developing care plans that address individual client needs.- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and respect for client dignity.- Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about caregiving to apply for this rewarding opportunity where you can make a significant difference in the lives of others.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourSchedule:12 hour shift4 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftOvernight shiftWeekends as needed

Job Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older.

- At least one year of caregiver experience (family, agency, or facility) or a CNA certification.

- Hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained after the interview).

- Pass a national background check.

- Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and reliable transportation.

- Be able to work Saturdays or Sundays regularly.

- Pass background checks
