Oculus Health is currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for immediate placement in our facility at Lynchburg, VA.

We pay $40.00 per hour.

They have 18-hour shifts available: 7:00AM-3:00PM, 3:00PM-11:00PM, 11:00PM-7:00AM

Full time or Part time and can work at least every other weekend

Responsibilities of an LPN:

Licensed Practical Nurse will care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
Licensed Practical Nurse will provide basic patient care and treatment
Licensed Practical Nurse will collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
Licensed Practical Nurse will educate and update patients on medical treatments

Qualifications of a LPN:

Currently licensed as an LPN (State of Virginia or multi/compact)
Certification program completed as an LPN
CPR/BLS certification
Knowlegeable with PCC or Point Click Care System

Requirements to Apply:

Updated resume
1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
Social Security card
LPN license and registration (State of Virginia)
Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank – for payroll
2 reference letters / references to call
Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
BLS/ CPR
TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) – at least within the last 12 months
