CritiCare has a number of opportunities for Home Health Aides (HHA) and Caregivers to provide care and assistance to clients in Delaware and Chester County. Home Health Aides and caregivers provide companionship and assist clients with transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, showering and dressing, laundry, cooking and meal prep, and other activities and duties as assigned. We are seeking to hire caring, compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals who want to work with our clients in their homes or residential facilities. CritiCare matches Home Health Aides and Caregivers to clients of all ages with varying needs who live throughout Delaware and Chester counties.

These shifts can be scheduled in 3 hour blocks. CritiCare will work with you to design a schedule that fits your life, skills, interests, and desired commute. CritiCare takes pride in our individualized matching process, which means that you will never be assigned a case or client outside of your experience or comfort level and that we work personally with each employee to create a schedule that suits their lives and needs.

If you’ve ever worked in retail, food/beverage service, babysitting/childcare, customer service, education, janitorial services, or the health and wellness fields, but are looking for an opportunity to broaden your skills while contributing to the community, you belong with our CritiCare family! We hire Home Health Aides from a variety of professional backgrounds, but all share a deeply personal commitment to kindness and empathy.

Scheduling: You choose your assignments based on your schedule! Daily shifts ranging from 3 to 12 hours in duration are available. No evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday work required! We ask for only a 15 hr/month commitment upon hire and will work with your needs to get you the hours you want in locations convenient to you! Additional opportunities in school nursing, home health care, skilled nursing, COVID-19 Mitigation, and personal care assistance are also available. We make individualized placements based upon your availability, location, and areas of expertise/interest.

Requirements:

PA & FBI Background Checks

PPD or Chest X-ray for TB screening results

At Least 1 Year of Home Care and/or Caregiving Experience (preferred)

References upon Request

CritiCare’s on-site team will educate you and give you the support that you need to be successful as a Home Health Aide in our Home Health Care Division. *All qualified candidates will be considered!* We take an individualized approach when it comes to job placement and never place a nurse in a position outside of their scope of skills.
