Lifeline Med Spa is dedicated to providing top-tier medical aesthetics and wellness services to help clients look and feel their best. We are a growing med spa that values professionalism, patient care, and creating a welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant who is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about patient care. This role will be a mix of front desk responsibilities, medical support, and patient follow-ups. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Administrative Duties:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient records, and handle inquiries.
Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks.

Clinical & Medical Support:

Assist with dispensing prescribed medications and supplements.
Prepare and administer IV therapy under supervision.
Assist with in-office procedures and ensure treatment rooms are stocked and sanitized.

Patient Care & Follow-Up:

Conduct patient follow-ups via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and proper aftercare.
Monitor and record patient progress, updating records as needed.
Request and manage online reviews to build the spa’s reputation.

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience required.
Prior experience in a med spa, aesthetics, or wellness clinic preferred.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
Comfortable with IV administration or willing to train.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

$18.50 per hour (based on experience).

Requirements

Proven working experience as a Medical Assistant or medical secretary
Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Social perceptiveness and service oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
Degree in medical assistance
