WORK SCHEDULE

Per diem hours (0% FTE)
Monday - Friday only
Must be able to work 8 hour shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm
Must have availability to work at least 4 shifts every 4 week period
Our clinic is closed on nights, weekends, and holidays DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic provides comprehensive pregnancy-related services and ongoing care for patients in high-risk pregnancies. Our clinic specializes in high-risk obstetrics, and our team of specialists provide ultrasounds, antenatal fetal testing, diabetes care during pregnancy, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, and perinatal education for expectant persons. We also treat prenatal conditions such as placenta previa, bleeding during pregnancy, and fetal development complications. Our providers oversee some of the most complicated and highest risk pregnancies in the Seattle region - this is a great opportunity to join a team that always puts their patients first. We also have a very robust team of Certified Nurse Midwives and an OB Generalist who provide care for our low-risk patients. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Work a flexible schedule in a position offering work-life balance PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist our providers with complex pregnancy care
Provide phone triage and walk-in triage for medically complex, high risk obstetric patients
Conduct non-stress tests and monitor fetal heartbeats
Assist in complex care coordination and continuity of care referrals
Answer patient calls and eCare messages
Educate patients and their families on symptom management
Provide OB education and teaching for pregnancy or OB related surgeries
Monitor patient flow in the clinic REQUIREMENTS
2 years of current or recent obstetrical nursing experience
Active licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington State
