Alay Home Care: What drives us

Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018. Since opening, we have serviced over 300 consumers throughout New Jersey. We're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community Settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 22 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.

What's your day like?

As a Direct Care Staff member at Alay Home Care, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. You will provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients engage in social activities and maintain their independence. Additionally, you'll be responsible for monitoring clients' well-being, documenting any changes in their condition, and communicating effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with a diverse team, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Emphasis on safety protocols and best practices will be important in your role.
