Northridge Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Wound Care RN. As a Wound Care RN, you will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.

As the Wound Nurse you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing :

The wound assessment and managment, as well as creating individualized care plans for treatment and prevention
Developing programs in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Provide training and education to staff and residents on proper wound care techniques. As as well as provides direction and support to the team.
Collaborate with DON, Physicians and other departments to ensure the effectiveness of the program and care plans for the residents

This position is part-time 20 hours per week

Education Requirements:

Active WI License RN license
Wound Care Certification
Great communications skills
Passion to work with the aging population
