Looking for a Activity Assistant (CNA) to join our Cypress Care Center Family! The position is from 10am to 6pm for the Memory Care unit.

ABOUT CYPRESS CARE CENTER- Cypress Care Center is tucked into a relaxing community just outside the Brownwood Square 1 block from The Villages. It is conveniently located between Hwy 301 and SR 44. With open courtyards, wide hallways, and high ceilings, Cypress offers our guests an exceptional community with homelike accommodations and a wonderful work culture. Activity Assistant (CNA) Job Description:

This person will lead activities with our residents. The right person will also be able to drive our facility bus to assist residents to go to and from external activities. A sincere passion to work with seniors is a must. Experience with Memory Care is a plus. Shift: 8am- 4pm Monday through Friday. 7am -3pm Saturday and Sunday

Requirements of the Activity Assistant (CNA):

-High School graduate or equivalent

-CNA Certification

-Previous experience in a social or recreational program preferred

-Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment

-Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

-Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change

-Must have a good driving record

-Must be able to pass a Level II Background Test

-Weekend and Holiday availability is required
