Guide & Support Your Unit. Your leadership makes the difference! As the 4B Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit Nurse Manager, you would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety.

Position: Nurse Manager of 4B Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit at Paoli Hospital

Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability

Experience

3-5 years of clinical experience in acute care nursing.
Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.

Education

BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.
MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Medical Surgical certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
