Overview

Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Supervisor to support the team 11pm - 7am. Our facility specializes in long-term care and short term stay services. We are dedicated to providing exemplary customer service and top-quality care.

Responsibilities

Oversight and resource to the direct care staff
Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
- Have at least 1 year supervisory experience strongly encouraged
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

Qualifications

Must have an active RN license in the state of PA.

1-year supervisory experience in a long-term care or physical rehab setting, preferred
