What's your day like?

As a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse RN at Wellington Health & Rehabilitation Center, your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing top-notch care to our residents with wound management needs. You will assess and document wound conditions, develop individualized care plans, and implement innovative treatment protocols. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure cohesive care delivery. On a day-to-day basis, you will educate patients and their families about proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies, fostering a supportive environment.
