Position Overview:
As an RN at Villa Georgetown, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care with a smile! You'll be the hero our residents need, providing essential care and support while building strong, meaningful relationships with them. You’ll also collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure that every resident receives the best care possible in a fun, supportive environment. What You'll Be Doing:

Care with a Smile! Administer medications and treatments with a cheerful attitude.
Check In on Your Patients: Monitor vital signs and health conditions like a healthcare superhero.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with your amazing team to create personalized care plans.
Be the Guiding Light: Offer support and education to residents and their families to keep them feeling at ease.
Day-to-Day Care: Help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding, all while building meaningful connections.
Wound Care & More: Assist with clinical tasks, keeping patients comfortable and well-cared for.

What We’re Looking For:

A current, active RN license.
CPR and First Aid certification (because safety is fun!).
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare (nursing home or rehab experience is a plus).
An energetic, positive attitude that brings joy to those around you.
Strong communication skills that keep everyone connected.
A team player who loves to laugh and grow with their team.
A heart full of compassion and a mind ready for new challenges!
