YOUR NEW ROLE AS A MEMORY CARE CAREGIVER

This full-time Memory Care Caregiver role offers a stable, structured schedule with two options to meet your needs:

Option 1: Sunday - Tuesday 6 am - 6 pm and Wednesday 6 am - 12 pm
Option 2: Wednesday 12 pm - 6 pm and Thursday - Saturday 6 am - 6 pm

As a Memory Care Caregiver, each day will center around delivering compassionate support to residents with needs. You'll assist with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, ensuring each resident's comfort and well-being. In addition to personal care, you'll create a safe, engaging environment that promotes a sense of community and security. Your role will include leading or participating in activities designed to stimulate and support residents' cognitive abilities, whether through conversation, activities, or simply providing a listening ear.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A MEMORY CARE CAREGIVER

Caregiver certification, with a focus on memory care needs
CPR and first aid certification
Current food handler's card
Physical ability to assist with mobility, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward residents
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
